As an experienced CDO, I know that companies today still struggle to break free from silos to embrace a more integrated approach, where data flows seamlessly into every decision-making process. I think of data as the core of every good idea coming to life in a company—the heart of it all.
I help businesses on their journey of digital transformation and responsible AI. (And when I don’t do that) I work as the founder of Girls in Tech Nordics, trying to uplift young women to see what I know to be true & is the most important thing for me: Data is fun, tech is fun, and to enable cultures where Data is truly at the heart of it all.
Perhaps you have come a long way on your digital transformation journey and now want to learn how to optimize your data? I will assist you in leveling up to the world of AI. You’re welcome to contact me with your questions.
Enhance your reputation, and position your organization as a sustainable pioneer, all while contributing to a greener future for generations to come.
Build trust and encourage accountability as you unlock the full potential of AI while safeguarding the values and principles that define your organization.
To me the next major frontier in a world where generative AI continues to grow in importance is sustainability and the governance of data and AI. We all need to adopt responsible practices in data management. Why? If we do so, we reduce the environmental impact of our operations, establishing guidelines and governance frameworks that enable organizations to make responsible decisions regarding the use of data and AI.
My most recent experience is from Zenseact, probably the most data intense company in Sweden today – so I know what I am talking about.

A little over 10 years ago I was invited to Gartners Data Summit in London to share the success we were embracing in our use of data governance and how it adds value to the data management practices. I didn’t stop my journey there as you can see.
